The outdoor check is visual, not an outdoor wash. Deep internal cleaning, electrical diagnosis, gas work and replacement parts are separate.
Routine accessible drain clearance included in cleaning is not charged again as drainage unblocking. If a blockage or damaged part needs work beyond that cleaning, we explain the extra task and price before approval.
General cleaning suits routine upkeep, not every cooling complaint. Deeper coil or blower buildup may need in-place chemical cleaning; heavy dirt that cannot be reached properly may need dismantled overhaul cleaning. Condition determines the method.
Musty odours can come from dust and damp buildup, including drainage areas. If a smell or leak returns after cleaning, tell us rather than simply booking the same wash again. Persistent warm air, ice, error codes or a unit that will not start need repair diagnosis.
General cleaning can be the best option for routine surface dirt when the unit still works normally. A higher-priced chemical wash is not automatically better; the location and amount of buildup determine the suitable method.

Yes, if the manufacturer allows user filter cleaning and access is safe. Turn the unit off and safely isolate its power supply as directed by the manufacturer before removing filters, then follow the washing and drying instructions. If you cannot safely isolate the power, leave filter cleaning to the technician. Leave electrical covers, chemical washing and high-level access to the technician.
If water reaches electrical parts, stop use and isolate power only if safe. Do the same for smoke, burning smells or repeated trips. Report the problem without switching the unit back on to film it.
