Weak airflow and strong air that fails to reach the room need different answers. Get a practical cleaning or repair plan for your under-ceiling aircond, with the price matched to its capacity, condition and access.
A visible unit mounted beneath the ceiling is often called a ceiling exposed aircond. It usually directs air across the space from one side. Tell us whether the airflow itself is weak or feels strong but does not reach the occupied area.
Dirty filters and coils restrict airflow and heat transfer; cleaning helps when buildup is the cause. Fan faults, outlet direction, shelving, partitions or unsuitable sizing can require a different recommendation. For cooling loss or leaks, we explain the diagnostic step and charge before a paid visit, not an automatic cleaning or gas refill.
The RM420 one-unit and RM380-each two-unit entries are not universal prices for every capacity. We check your model, HP and quantity to identify the applicable entry in writing. Larger-capacity and quantity entries are not alternative prices to choose between or combine for the same unit.

The one/two-unit entries are not universal HP rates. We identify the applicable quantity or capacity entry from your model, HP and unit count; these entries are not combined for the same unit. Unlisted combinations need a quote. Overhaul adds RM120 per unit to the applicable chemical-cleaning charge.
The three-to-four-unit entry is RM350 each for units up to 4.0HP. Separate capacity entries are 5HP: RM550, 6HP: RM680 and 7HP: RM760, per unit. For multiple larger-capacity units, mixed capacities or other unlisted combinations, request a quote; do not assume a quantity row overrides a capacity row. There is no general five-plus rate to apply.
Dismantled overhaul adds RM120 per unit to the applicable chemical-cleaning rate, not RM120 for the whole service. We identify the components to be removed and the resulting per-unit and booking totals.
The agreed cleaning includes filter, coil and blower-area washing, wash-water collection, condensate-tray and accessible drain care, followed by cooling and drainage checks. In-place cleaning leaves the main unit mounted; overhaul adds the agreed dismantling and reassembly.
Outdoor washing, refrigerant work, parts and changes to the room layout are separate. Drain clearance already included in cleaning is not charged again as another task.
The following installation rates apply to the listed commercial equipment and capacities. Equipment purchase is separate; the VRV row covers outdoor-unit installation only.

A replacement or new installation needs checks of capacity, mounting support, clearance and airflow direction. The quote includes the agreed piping, wiring, drainage, materials and testing; residential wall-installation lengths do not automatically apply.
