Our ceiling cassette aircond service covers standalone units. If your cassette connects to shared VRV/VRF equipment, tell us so the connected system is considered. A ceiling panel's shape does not establish how it is connected.
Cleaning helps airflow and heat transfer when dirt is the cause. Cooling loss, recurring leaks or errors can need fault investigation instead. We explain the diagnostic work and charge before a paid visit, then the findings and repair price. Gas and parts are not routine cleaning inclusions.
General cleaning is RM138 per unit, with equipment eligibility and access checked before booking. Overhaul adds RM120 per unit to the applicable chemical-cleaning rate below; RM120 is not the total overhaul price.

The overhaul charge is an addition to the relevant chemical rate, not the total price. For example, one 1.5–3.0HP cassette overhaul is RM330 + RM120 = RM450.
Prices are cleaning charges per eligible unit, not the full booking total if separately approved extras are needed. No RM7 reduction applies to cassette cleaning or overhaul.

For a 1HP cassette or a model outside the stated bands, ask us to check the equipment and price. For mixed sizes, services or addresses, we confirm the quantity tier for each group and the total. Not every unit at the premises automatically counts towards each service.
For one eligible 1.5–3.0HP cassette, overhaul is RM330 + RM120 = RM450, before separately approved extras. The quote shows the selected chemical rate, overhaul addition and booking total.
The installation schedule applies to the stated equipment and capacity bands. The VRV entry is outdoor-unit installation only, not a complete cassette system.

The full commercial ancillary schedule covers separately scoped parts, materials and building work. We identify the applicable menu, quantity, charging basis, supply and fitting inclusions, and total. Included drain clearance and the same gas or parts task are not charged again under another menu.
Routine cleaning, in-place chemical cleaning and dismantled overhaul offer different access. Compare the buildup and work included before choosing; a bigger package is not automatically the right one.
